Taurus Flexibles is part of Taurus group, which was founded in the year 1971 and was the first hydraulic hose plant in India. At present, it has five plants at Jamshedpur, two plants at Pune and one in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.Cikautxo S. Coop : Cikautxo is part of the MONDRAGON Corporation and specialises in the development and production of rubber and plastic components for a variety of different applications. Cikautxo’s target market ranges from Automotive and household appliances to medical sectors. Merisis Advisors advised Taurus, an Indian auto component group on its stake sale to Cikautxo, a Spanish industrial components maker in July 2011 in a cross-border M&A transaction.
